Ulsan HD

Ulsan HD FC, formerly known as Ulsan Hyundai FC, is a professional football club based in Ulsan, South Korea. Founded in 1983, the club plays at the Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium, which seats 44,466 spectators. Ulsan has won the K League 1 title five times, with championships in 1996, 2005, 2022, 2023, and 2024, completing a remarkable three-peat under manager Hong Myung-bo. The club has also claimed the AFC Champions League title twice, winning in 2012 and 2020, making it one of Asia's most decorated clubs. Ulsan's rise to continental and domestic dominance has been built on a foundation of experienced Korean internationals and strategic foreign recruitment, with players such as Joo Min-kyu leading the attack and Kim Young-gwon anchoring the defense.
